By creating a VIRA account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
VIRA provides customer capture pages, QR codes, private feedback, and consent tracking. The Free plan includes one business, one location, and up to 50 contacts. Features and limits may change with notice.
You confirm that the customer data you collect and import has a lawful basis, that you will only market to customers who consented, and that you will honor unsubscribe requests. You may not use VIRA to send spam or collect data deceptively.
VIRA shows every customer the same public review access regardless of their feedback. Do not use VIRA to gate or filter reviews.
You may stop using VIRA at any time. Paid subscriptions, when available, can be cancelled per their billing terms.
VIRA is provided as-is during early access, without warranties of uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms promises specific revenue or business outcomes.
