VIRA
VIRA Recover — for local businesses

Hear feedback. Recover customers. Measure revenue.

Most unhappy customers never complain — they just stop coming back. VIRA catches the problem privately, helps you send one owner-approved message, and tracks whether they actually returned.

The problem

Most unhappy customers don’t complain. They simply don’t return.

When a customer has a disappointing experience, the business may never hear about it — and the tools most businesses already use don't close that gap.

  • Review tools focus on public reputation.
  • Loyalty tools reward people already returning.
  • Generic email tools do not identify who needs attention.
  • CRMs store contacts without guiding recovery.
What you get

Twelve things that make recovery actually happen.

No feature bloat. Every one of these exists to move a customer from unhappy to returned.

01

Branded QR capture

A customer scans at checkout and joins your list in about 20 seconds. No app, no new POS.

02

Private feedback

Every customer gets a private way to tell you what went wrong — before they simply stop coming back.

03

Automatic issue detection

Each note is classified into the real problem: wait time, service, quality, price, staff or cleanliness.

04

Recovery cases

One case per unhappy customer, tracking the whole path: feedback → action → outcome.

05

Suggested recovery message

VIRA drafts one message matched to the detected issue. You edit it. Nothing is written in your name without you.

06

Owner approval, always

Approving is a separate step from sending. Nothing reaches a customer until a person presses send.

07

Did they come back?

Record the outcome on the case, so recovery stops being a guess and starts being a number.

08

Reported recovered revenue

Log what the returning customer actually spent. Owner-recorded — never presented as verified by us.

09

Six-card dashboard

Open cases, awaiting send, emails sent, customers returned, reported revenue, and recovery rate.

10

Suppression that is respected

Unsubscribed and suppressed customers can never be contacted by a recovery case. No exceptions.

11

Fair review routing

Every customer sees the same public review link regardless of what they said. VIRA never gates reviews.

12

Offers and promo codes

When a recovery needs an incentive, issue a unique one-time code and record the redemption.

The recovery flow

From a quiet complaint to a customer who came back.

Seven steps. A person approves the only one that reaches the customer.

01

Customer scans your QR

At the counter or on the receipt. It opens in their browser — nothing to install.

02

They leave a private note

First name, email, an unchecked consent box, and what actually went wrong.

03

VIRA detects the issue

The note is classified — for example “waited 25 minutes” becomes a wait-time case.

04

A recovery case opens

One case for that customer, with the feedback, the topic, and a drafted message.

05

You approve the message

Edit the wording, then approve. Approving does not send — that is still your call.

06

The recovery email goes out

Sent from your business, with a working unsubscribe. Suppressed customers are skipped.

07

You record the outcome

Did they come back, and what did they spend? The dashboard turns it into a number.

Product walkthrough

Watch one customer come back.

QR scan → short form → optional consent → private feedback → owner approval → redeemed code → reported recovered revenue.

  1. 1

QR scan opens the capture page

At checkout, on a receipt or at the table. No app, just the browser.

  2. 2

Short form, optional consent, private feedback

First name and email, an unchecked consent box, and a private note the internet never sees.

  3. 3

The owner sees the feedback first

It lands privately, with a suggested recovery offer ready to review.

  4. 4

The owner edits and approves the offer

Nothing sends itself. Every message is approved by a person.

  5. 5

    Code redeemed, reported revenue updates

The one-time code is redeemed at checkout and the dashboard attributes the returning value.

A customer who might have disappeared has returned.

Business value

Recovering four customers could cover VIRA for months.

A simple example: 200 customers per month × 10% at risk × 20% recovered × $60 average purchase = $240 potential reported recovered revenue per month. Drag the sliders to match your business.

Illustrative estimate only. Actual results vary.
Potential reported recovered revenue$240 /month

Recovering 4 customers in this example could report about $240 in returning revenue.

Solutions

Built for businesses that live on repeat customers.

Salons and barbershops

A client leaves quietly unhappy with a cut. VIRA hears it privately the same day, and an owner-approved offer brings them back before the relationship is lost.

Restaurants and cafés

A table waits too long and never complains. The QR on the receipt gives them a private channel, and a comeback offer earns the next visit.

Local retail

A shopper's size was out of stock. Capture their details at the counter and invite them back when it matters, with consent recorded properly.

Wellness and fitness

A member drifts after a crowded class. Spot who hasn't returned, hear why privately, and approve a thoughtful invitation back.

Local service businesses

After a completed job, capture the customer, catch concerns early, and reconnect when they're ready to book again.

Questions, answered.

What exactly does VIRA Recover do?
It closes the loop on unhappy customers. A customer leaves private feedback, VIRA detects the issue and opens a recovery case, you approve a message, and then you record whether they came back and what they spent.
Does it send anything automatically?
No. Approving a message and sending it are two separate steps, and both are done by a person. Nothing is ever written and sent in your name without you pressing send.
How is the issue detected?
Each private note is classified into the likely problem — wait time, service, quality, price, staff or cleanliness — using transparent rules. You can correct the topic on any case in one click.
How does reported recovered revenue work?
After a recovery, you record whether the customer returned and what they spent. VIRA reports that number back to you as owner-recorded revenue. We never present it as verified or independently confirmed.
Does VIRA use review gating?
No. Every customer sees the same public review link regardless of what they told you privately. Private feedback is a separate channel, never a filter.
What happens to customers who unsubscribe?
They are suppressed permanently. A suppressed or unsubscribed customer can never be contacted by a recovery case, even if a case is already open and approved.
Do customers need an app, or do I need a new POS?
Neither. Your capture page opens in the customer's normal mobile browser, and VIRA runs alongside whatever checkout and payment tools you already use.
What do I get on the Free plan?
You can capture up to 50 customers, collect private feedback, and see the detected issue for each one. Sending recovery emails and tracking returns start on the Recover plan.
